Help Us Build Meaningful Connections
At Mentor North, we believe that every young person deserves connection, support, and a sense of belonging. Mentorship is at the heart of how we build a stronger, more resilient community—and we need people who share that vision.

Our team is made up of people who are thoughtful, committed, and grounded in relationships. From employees who support our matches to volunteers and interns who fill a variety of roles, every member of our team helps us foster meaningful experiences and a culture of safety, equity, and possibility.

Volunteer
There are many ways to support our mission of celebrating youth and empowering families all while make mentoring happen for more youth. Whether you are looking for a smaller time commitment or have other skills to offer, we look forward to finding you a way to support youth mentoring across the Twin Ports.
Non-mentor volunteers play critical roles in making mentoring happen, and can include:
-
Tabling at community events
-
Giving presentations to recruit new mentors
-
Assisting with marketing or office tasks
-
Plan or host group activities for youth and mentors
-
Support at fundraising events
