After a thoughtful, multi-step process, our staff, board, program participants and other key stakeholders developed a shared vision to guide Mentor North through the next three years (2026-2028).

 

Our identified strategic priorities will help us strengthen internal systems, expand access to mentorship, and respond more effectively to the needs of our community.
