With our strategic planning process now officially underway, we look forward to developing a shared vision to guide Mentor North through the next three years (2026-2028). This journey will help us strengthen internal systems, expand access to mentorship, incorporate youth voice, and respond more effectively to the needs of our community. Planning will take place throughout the rest of 2025, with opportunities for input from board, staff, mentors, youth, families, and partners.
